What materials do you use?
All Hoxne Leather products are handcrafted from genuine full-grain cattle leather — the highest quality leather available. No synthetic materials, no shortcuts.

Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every single piece is stitched entirely by hand in our workshop. No machines are used in the stitching process.

How long does shipping take?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times after dispatch: United States & Europe: 4-6 business days. Rest of the world: 8-12 business days.

How long does it take to make my order?
All products are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment.

Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us at hoxneleather@outlook.com to initiate a return.

Do you offer custom orders?
Currently we do not offer custom orders, but we are working on it. Stay tuned.
