Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hoxneleather@outlook.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
